Disclaimer
Liability for Content
The contents of our pages have been created with the utmost care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness
or timeliness of the content. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance
with general legislation pursuant to Section 7 (1) DDG. According to Sections 7 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider
are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal
activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected. However,
liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a specific legal infringement becomes known. Upon
becoming aware of corresponding legal violations, we will remove such content immediately.
Liability for Links
Our offer contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot
assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible
for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking.
Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked
pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. Upon notification of violations, we will
remove such links immediately.
Copyright
The content and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. The duplication,
processing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent
of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.
Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In
particular, third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement,
we ask you to notify us accordingly. Upon becoming aware of legal violations, we will remove such content immediately.
Objection to Advertising Emails
The use of contact data published as part of the obligation to provide a legal notice for the purpose of sending
unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators of the pages expressly
reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam emails.
PRIVACY POLICY
1. Data Protection at a Glance
General Information
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website.
Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified. Detailed information on the subject of data protection
can be found in our privacy policy listed below this text.
Data Collection on this Website
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. The operator’s contact details can be found
in the legal notice of this website. No data is actively collected by the operator on this website. There are no contact forms,
no analytics tools, no tracking, no advertising targeting, and no cookies are used. Data is collected solely for technical reasons
by the web server (server log files).
2. General Information and Mandatory Disclosures
Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is the company named in the legal notice.
Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. Since this website does not perform any active data collection,
no consent is required. If you contact us voluntarily via email, you may revoke any consent you have given at any time.
An informal notification by email is sufficient. The legality of data processing carried out prior to the revocation remains unaffected.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged violation.
This right exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract
handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format.
Access, Rectification, Restriction and Erasure
Within the framework of applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge
about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing, and, if applicable,
a right to rectification, restriction of processing or deletion of this data. For this purpose, and for further questions
on the topic of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice.
Security of Data Transmission
Please note that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication via email) may have security vulnerabilities.
Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Protection of Minors
Children and persons under the age of 16 should not transmit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents
or legal guardians. We do not request personal data from children, do not collect it and do not pass it on to third parties.
3. Data Collection on Our Website
Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser
automatically transmits to us. These are:
• Browser type and browser version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
• Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address)
• Time of the server request
• Amount of data transmitted in bytes
The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse or fraud cases)
and then automatically deleted. If data must be retained for evidentiary purposes, it is excluded from deletion until the
respective incident has been finally resolved.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest
in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website – for this purpose, server log files must be recorded.
This data will not be merged with other data sources.
Cookies & Audience Measurement
In accordance with the requirements of the TDDDG, this website does not use cookies. No pseudonymized or personalized audience
measurement takes place. No access to users’ end devices is performed.
Handling of Contact Data (Email)
If you send us inquiries via email, your details from the email, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored
by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if this has been requested.
The data you send to us via email will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular legal retention periods – remain unaffected.
